Itoy Sariling Atin is a no-frills Filipino restaurant tucked away near the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, offering a straightforward but warmly familiar dining experience for those seeking traditional flavors from the Philippines. Located on South Maryland Parkway, this spot leans into authentic, home-style dishes served cafeteria-style, where diners grab a tray and let the attentive staff guide them through a broad selection of classic Filipino comfort food.

The atmosphere here is unpretentious and inviting, reflecting a community feel rather than polished fine dining. Expect a modest interior with friendly, approachable service—staff members are known to be attentive without being intrusive, creating a welcoming environment especially for families and regulars who return to share plates like Lechon Kawali, Beef Mechado, and Pork BBQ. The place hums quietly with a home-cooked vibe, making it a natural stop for both locals craving a taste of familiar meals and visitors wanting a grounded experience in Filipino cuisine.

This restaurant is particularly suited for lunch or early dinner visits when the food is fresh and hot, and the casual pace makes it ideal for laid-back meals rather than rushed or formal occasions. The menu’s variety supports different appetites and group sizes—whether it’s a solo diner craving Tapsilog or a family gathering sharing a medium tray of noodles alongside Satay and Chicharon.

Practical touches like free extra rice and reasonable prices make it appealing for anyone interested in generous portions without fuss. While the bathroom upkeep may occasionally lag behind the busy pace, the overall dining experience remains centered around hearty, authentic Filipino cooking and warm human connections, especially meaningful for the Las Vegas Filipino community and anyone looking for a genuine taste of home.

Food is very delicious. It is authentic filipino cooking. Love it . There are a lot to choose from, the selections are great. Our food was hot. Very friendly staff! Once you walk in you will need to get a serving tray and the staff will ask you what you would like. Fyi, The bathroom needed a cleaning. We will be back again. Price are very reasonable. Thank you.

Authentic Filipino cuisine—fresh and absolutely delicioso. We went with the all-time favorites: longanisa, fried rice, and chicken BBQ skewers. Had to stop by while in town… this was my late father’s go-to spot for Pinoy comfort food. He was a well-known regular here, and nearly a decade after his passing, the owners still remembered him when I brought him up. That meant more than words can say. Grateful for the memories—and the meal. Try them out !!

This is my 2nd time to visit with relatives from other states. Also, my son's first time. The ladies' serving were awesome and attentive. My son likes the bopes. Good food, good company, and awesome employees. We'll be back again someday, on our next get-together.

One of the best filipino fast food in the las vegas area. When you dine in, you can ask for extra rice for free. The pork bbq is their best dish ! Would recommend to anyone who likes filipino food!

One of the best Filipino restaurants in Las Vegas and it’s buffet style. The pork was still crispy, the Daeng was delicious and the chicken bbq was the best. The selection is plentiful and the garlic rice is amazing. I highly recommend this spot!

Never judge a place by its surroundings. This spot offers delicious food and serves up large shareable portions. I dined with a friend and we shared everything. The food was on point. Service was quick and served with a smile. I'll be back again for sure. Don't forget to tip well!
